I stumbled upon your video on my vacation in L.A. I became conscious about my breakfast and wanted to switch it up. I do love a healthy breakfast, but I do enjoy oatmeal in the morning. Thank you for sharing your recipes. I am sharing this recipe with my coworker buddy. I am subscribing to you. You make a difference. 💪
Love the intro Magnus! 💪 These recipes look delicious! Can’t wait to try them.🥣
Love the video, many good recipes i would like to try!
Just missing some shots of the final results of the different overnight oats :) Keep up the great work.
Carrot cake overnight oats will be my breakfast tomorrow, brilliant idea! A favorite is also with caramel flavored Skyr, flax/chia seeds and banana 😋
Love all of these recipes👍💕 I sometimes make zucchini bread version of overnight oats and love it! Another favorite is my tropical overnight oats where I add unsweetened coconut flakes, and top it with mangoes and pineapples...so good! It almost taste like dessert ☺️
That carrot cake one looks _amazing_ - I know what I'll have for breakfast tomorrow 😂
As a T1 diabetic, oats are pretty good to start off the day - they have a moderate glycemic index (averaging 55) so my blood glucose doesn't spike and their fiber content is excellent for gut health.
I'll definitely adjust the net carbs _(no additional sweeteners)_ as it is quite the sugary breakfast but it does sound absolutely tasty!
My favorite: 1/2 cup each of oats, homemade kefir (second fermented with chai vanilla tea, esp.), nonfat plain Greek yogurt, scoop of vanilla protein powder - - - then 5 g chia seeds, 5 g ground flaxseed - - - dash of pink salt, 1/4 tsp each turmeric, ginger, cardamom, cinnamon, 1/4 cup of frozen blueberries. Delicious every morning after my 2 cups of coffee! Now I'm excited to try these suggestions from you, Magnus! Thanks for sharing your favorites!
yes the pink hymalayan salt thats a must the most healthiest of ingredients, i wonder how true is the situation regarding microplastics in the ocean when i notice in some occasions of very tiny pices of what look like micro plastic not only in salt but also in fish so this is just to make a mental note to keep a look out for this

I'm going to try this one! Ty
I was saving some almost kinda sorta empty peanut butter jars, was gonna put icecream in em to get the rest out but after watching this i used them shits for overnight oats, its amazing
I personally love the Pina Colada one I make which is the same basic recipe you used, but adding shredded coconut and chopped pineapple and substitute normal milk with coconut milk. Great flavors though Magnus!!
Been making overnight oats for a while, initially to save time in my mornings. Just found everything tasted better.
Fab video and recipes.
These are so good, I especially love the peanut butter oats! They've become a staple afternoon snack of mine! Thanks Magnus!
Another amazing video full of tips! Merci Magnus!! I hope one day your app will be available in France 🤞
Love this!! Thank you for sharing!!
Love all these recipes, thanks for sharing Magnus! I've been using PB fit vegan organic chocolate plus powder and blending it with my milk and yogurt before adding to my overnight oats--it's like eating chocolate pudding!
I make these for everyday, I make them using all the different berries, I love overnight oats, I am going to make a few of your favourites and see what I like. Thanks for your ideas, new subscriber from Sth Australia 🇦🇺
What I like to when making warm oats / porridge is to take the pan off the heat, beat one egg, then mix in with the cooling porridge. This goes amazing with a pinch of salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and some honey.
Love the videos 👍💪
First time watching your videos. I love your delivery both camera angles and voice narration. Thank you for your time and efforts. 😃
Yeees, you finally have an opening on your videos! That’s awesome!
Love this! I'm definitely going to try some of these.
Looking forward to trying it Magnus thanks
Oh new ideas, thank you. My favourite is ½dl of quark mixed with water until it's runny, ½-3/4dl of oats, pinch of salt, 1tbs honey, 1tsp chia seeds, ½dl cloudberry. Top it off in the morning with seabuckthorn.
I generally like to mix quark or plain yoghurt with water until it's runny instead of using milk. I usually use frozen berries so they get added in the mix as well the night before. One of my favourites is to just make the base then add whaterver berries are in the freezer, sweeten it a bit mix it all up and top it off in the morning with what I find in the cupboards.
For protein powder I use chocolate since I haven't found good vanilla yet. ½-3/4dl of oats, 2tbs chocolate protein powder, ab. 1dl milk, 2tbs peanut- or almondbutter, 2tsp honey, ½dl bilberries. Top it off with nut mix and berries in the morning.
I will have to give this a try. I'm currently recovering from bunion surgery so I'm trying to focus more on my diet.
We sometimes add a bit of dried fruit to our overnight oats (cranberries, cherries, raisins, etc.), particularly if we're preparing them with Greek yogurt. However, you have to be sparing with dried fruit if you're trying to control sugar, and you definitely wouldn't want to be adding the 1-2 tablespoons of maple syrup that Magnus suggests here if you're also adding dried fruit. With this portion of oats, one or two teaspoons of maple syrup or honey (if you're adding sweetener at all) while using the dried fruit would seem to work. FYI, I actually prepare my oats in a larger glass bowl with a tight lid so that I can make enough for a few servings at once. It's a quick breakfast or snack option for the kids.
Just tried the lemon blueberry recipe: it was amazing, felt like eating dessert for breakfast!
These look great!! Overnight oats is so versatile. Love it ❤️😎
Super excited to try the carrot cake one!! I myself love making overnight oats with a tablespoon of cinnamon almond butter, oats, oatmeal milk, half of a very ripe banana, lil pink Himalayan salt. I will also add a scope of vanilla or cinnamon protein to this whichever one I'm fancying.
Hope you like it!
Thanks for the ideas. (Would be cool to also see the macros for each recipe)
Just made my blueberry lemon one 😍 have done it in the morning for an afternoon late lunch before training 😍
Add coconut shavings to the banana one instead of the walnuts and some frozen strawberries and enjoy amazing ideas btw I love it!

thanks for the inspo...going to try to blueberry lemon recipe!
Hope you like it!
I started with Overnight Oats recently. (Working through your Northman Nutrition Guide and Workouts!) My go-to recipe has been to use coconut milk, protein powder, blueberries, salt, walnuts. The protein powder I have been using for this is Red Velvet Cake from 1st Phorm.
Ayyyy Andy Frisellas Brand. I know you must hustle hard. That's what's up.
I add cacao powder and raspberries or orange slices and zest to the usual base recipe of overnight oats.
Hey Magnus, try this one as it is one I love:
Almond milk,
scoop of crunchy peanut butter,
1/3 cup of pumpkin puree (unsweetened)
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder,
cinnamon,
1/2 cup of oats,
Let us know if you try it and your thoughts
You are a great inspiration and you really give the impression of being just a normal decent guy and the very best at what you do. If you ever do a co-op video with Athlean-X, that would be the most watched video in the fitness world
For when I've got a craving. Chocolate Strawberry Oats.
Oats, milk (I use almond), a scoop of chocolate protein powder, and chopped strawberries. You can use maple syrup, honey, and whatever sweetener you like if you prefer. You can also throw in some dark chocolate chips for extra fun. (I use sugar free) Blueberries and bananas also go well. Also I always add a spoon of plain Greek yogurt to any overnight oats for some probiotics. And extra creaminess :)
I have a feeling Magnus really likes cinnamon 🤔
What was ur first clue 😉?
I’ve never tried this so this may be a silly question but do you overnight these in the fridge? And do you eat this cold or can you warm it? I would not like to eat cold oatmeal.
Can I use pbfit instead of regular peanut butter for the peanut butter one also what sized jars r those
Loved all of them! Made a version inspired by your coconut protein shake: oats, vanilla/coconut protein powder, coconut flakes, chia seeds, almond-/oat milk 🥥 haven’t tried Malibu Mylk yet but I’ll definitely give it a shot now ✨👏🏼
Great recipes! I do have a question for making a big batch. Is it possible to make for 5 days in a row and store it in the fridge? I think it will become too soft... or does it work fine?
That banana walnut overnight oats has me salivating. Definitely putting that on my meal prep list
Thanks for the inspiring recipes! How long can I store Overnight Oats in the fridge?
Your "6 Overnight Oats Recipes Will Help You Lose Weight Fast!" video was fantastic! The information you provided was clear and easy to understand, making it simple to follow along and create these delicious recipes. I tried them out, and not only were they easy to make, but they were also a hit with my mom.
I'll definitely be sharing this valuable information with others who are looking to lose weight while enjoying tasty and nutritious meals.
On a personal note, I used True Elements rolled oats to make these overnight oats, and they turned out amazing. Thank you for sharing these wonderful recipes!
Great intro, it really fits you!
Great recipes, allthough the portions seem quite small, what do they equall in grams?
My alltime fav:
1 mashed banana
100 grams oats
50 grams blueberry
10 grams flaxseed
20 grams PB2 powder
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
300 milliliter almond milk
QUESTION ! WHAT CAN I USE INSTEAD OF THE PROTEIN POWDER?
Love the recipes! I am definitely going to try some of them.
Just have a question about the size of the mason jar. What is the minimum size of the jar? Should you leave about half the volume empty for expansion as a rule of thumb?
I use pint jars for mine.
I want to try them all! 🤤 Thank you Magnus!
You should!
They all look good! Do you use organic oats?
Thank you so much!
Awesome recipes!!
My fave at the moment is oats, scoop of vanilla protein powder, sultanas and chia seeds. yummy!
Sounds great!
Thanks for the meal selections I needed to see this Having to loss weigh about 30 lbs worries me
can I add protein powder can keep it overnight ? wont it be spoiled ?
while it isn't an overnight recipe, my favourite way of having oats is easily probably boiled into a porridge kind of thing with a tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder and the zest of one orange. After the oats are cooked mix in a serve of chocolate protein powder and serve with the orange, sliced. I promise it is satisfying and delicious and one of the lowest effort meals I have ever made.
Soooo good, going to try from tomorrow
What protein powder do you recommend?
So they will keep for a few days in the fridge? Just made the peanut butter one.
MagAnus thx for the video 😁
I was willing to see how the final result looks like, the textures, the colours.
Do you have to put protein powder in? I don’t have any :( will this greatly affect the result?
Hi somebody help what type of oats is the healthiest for overnight oats
Wow i will try i never add carrot to the overnight oats. I love them all

Wow kommer verkligen att göra dessa recept. Ser jättegott ut :-) Vi har ju inte Malibu milk i Sverige så tror du att jag ska byta ut det mot Mandelmjölk.

I like the new intro video!
So i tried the 1st one and it actually taste good! Im impressed im going to try the other ones now
Interested in the Brand of maple syrup that you're using. Is it Organic or a commercially processed Brand, i.e. how Honey Bee is to processed honey? I try to use Organic Certified, when at all possible and I'm not a maple syrup consumer and definitely, not a connoisseur.
Love your videos Magnus but would love if you would name both the metric and non metric recipes 🙏
I make mine with oats, coconut mikj, cottage cheese, honey, grated conconut, and chia seeds. Sometimes a put a tablespoon of jam in there (any flavor)
They all look delish.
Thank you mister Magnus.
Should I leave it outside, or in the fridge? Please let me know, thanks 🙏
Can I use honey instead of maple syrup?
If you add a store bought premiere Protein vanilla or vanilla birthday cake both of these flavors work well as a base for your overnight oats and add so much more protein and flavor
Will definitely try the PB one
I've replaced the cinnamon with nutmeg but omg these are soo good
what are the calories for the apple cinnamon, and the banana one? I'm trying to lose body fat, and I also hate eggs in the morning
i do overnight oats with this
1/2 cup of oats
3/4 cup fairlife low fat milk
1 scoop premium protein chocolate powder
2 tbsp pb2
2 tbsp chopped mixed nuts
1/4 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
1 spoonful of greek yogurt
mix it up and eat it in the morning or save for a lunch
Never heard of overnight oats !! does it taste good ?? anyway I'll try this thank you so much
Personally, I hate them. Hate the texture.
Okay! How about a meal timing video! From morning to night based on goals… maybe with idea foods or supplements on an empty stomach in the morning and by day.. & type of day…
are these left out on the counter or the fridge?
Can't wait to try the carrot cake oats. Mind blown.
