Actually, he's quite popylar in the Christian circle. He still acts in many big movies, and even produces/writes his own movies. Plus The Way of The Master with Ray Comfort is huge. The man gave up shallow Hollywood and has uses his life is a positive, productive way. He even owns a campground for disabled children. He's a role model Christian and husband.

As we watch the clip on our phones 😋. But no, I get it. I took a fast from social media Jan 31st, no IG or FB. It's been very good to not feel tied to it or needing to check it all the time, and honestly I didn't miss much.
Documentary was not sutible to watch with children as it keeps bringing up pornography. It should have focused on the family safe topics as it was rated G for everyone. It was a good documentary for adults to watch and take notes on AND then discuss the kid appropriate knowledge. The five lies of the internet age were great but should be understood as a human problem not a kid problem... It certainly is the way too many adults AND kids think nowadays. Good luck folks the world is nuts

What a sophomoric, immature response. Really?! The man is concerned about the welfare of his kids (and the world's) and he's done much research on the effects of social media have on their minds. Speaking of minds, try opening yours.
He's not saying social media isn't useful or important. He's researched the negative effects it can have on children's minds. His biblical views on homosexuality are a separate issue from this documentary. Can't you separate your views from his and repect each others beliefs?
What I'm trying to say is that, this topic of children and social media is a very important one. I can respect people having different beliefs but I can't take Kirk Cameron seriously as a source of "research" or facts. Gays are bringing down civilization?!?
