- The bells of Zennor were re-hung in 2019 with mostly new fittings by John Taylor of Loughborough.
The bells are a mixture of four Gillett & Johnston bells, one from circa 1700 which is unidentified and another from the Exeter Foundry circa 1480. The bells blend together very well and the G&J Tenor of 1926 is a fantastic bell.
The village of Zennor is a magical place and The Tinners Arms opposite the church is a welcome stop.
Lovely. I could easily listen to this for hours on end.
God bless you all.
good that these are ringable after so long ! they're lovely
Good to see the old Devon folks back at it again! The silence has stopped!
