@@albionangling No problem. Just seemed a bit spammy tbh, the exclamation on "advice" was cheesiness itself and clearly a bit tumbleweed also, with no likes in 12 months, so perhaps I wasn't alone in my thoughts.

I use Danish blue, blue Stilton or two unusual Italian cheeses, Belendia and Fosginia.
