Great vlog as always

Quick question, I’ve been trying to catch barbel on the Thames in Wallingford and I’m not too sure what tactics to use. I’ve been fishing with a running lead and some spam on a hair but I’m thinking of trying pellets. Any tips would be appreciated

I’ve been meaning to ask the club what about Wylies looks a eyesore ,and regarding the hatchery is it possible to be able to use it for Tench and Crucians I’m not well versed on these matters

Recently got out of hospital been trying to collect my prizes for winning this months. Fish of the month was told I had a trophy and voucher to pick up but I have had no luck in doing this. spoke to all the people who I need to speak to, and still haven’t received my prizes😡

Congratulations to all of the competition entrants, some really lovely fish had amongst you! The April's meet for the friendly protest against the illegal sewage discharges is very exciting for me... something I'm very proud to see our club endorse. The wheels are slowly... Very slowly turning against these water companies & I'm excited to see these events being organised. I'll do my best to be there!! 😊

Wow I was a member with Adventure Angling in Basingstoke which was associated with RDAA and Farnham Flint was a lake I grew up with from 79/80 season. Adventure had Wasing Lakes which is now a syndicate & fished on the London in Sherfield-on-Loddon. I now live up in Shropshire but ALWAYS remember these waters .

I'm not a member, but Reading and district must be the best run club in the country.

Absolutely over the moon to have won this months competition. Looking forward to catching another fish that's worthy of entering the comp again
