Kanku-sho - Commentary

Kanku-sho is a great kata for the advanced student as it has a lot of different techniques within the kata. It has punches, blocks, kicks, strikes, jumps, multiple direction changes and several different stances. It is a challenging kata but a lot can be learned through diligent study of this kata.
