  • In this video i discuss why people who suffer from high BP have very variable readings and also why sometimes people with high blood pressure are told that they are dizzy because they have low blood pressure. If you would like to speak with me please contact me on www.yorkcardiology.co.uk or yorkcardiology@gmail.com (which is also my Facebook id)

My doctor never explain BP like this. I have very low BP in the morning heartrate around 120-140. My doctor just gave me betablocker without looking in to why I have this problem, it came from nothing. Very scary. I have to take more betablocker after 5 months. I had been having morning blood pressure trend around 144/90 and 136/85 in the evening. At medical offices it would be in the range of 150/90. So, I a adopted an overweight Weimaranner dog and began walking 3 to 6 miles every day, as well as a low carbohydrate diet. After 3 weeks, morning blood pressure 123/74 and evening 116/72. Amazing how quickly and dramatically its gone down. I will be forest walking daily from now on.

Thanks. I am in remission from cancer and my blood pressure is all over the place. I am on medication 10 mg and the Dr rsised it to 20 mg but it is still all ovet the place. Thanks for your video. It has reduced my stress level and I finally understand what is happening to me. Before it was a roller coaster. I dreaded to take my readings at hone because of not knowing what it would be. It is very stressful to say the least. My Dr said not to drive until the higher dosage had a chance to stabilize. Thanks again.

I thank you so much for your video . I wait for your videos as they are very informative and esp this one was the one I was looking for.
My blood pressure goes up esp after eating gluten and eating foods that I am sensitive to.

My bp goes sky high when I go to doctors. I get anxiety and panic attacks. Thank you for sharing this. It eases my mind.
Love your doggie. Our 18 yr. old minipoodle just passed away. We miss him so much. We just got a minipoodle mix. We named her Rosie. We miss Remy but Rosie has filled that hole in out heart.❤❤❤

I'm sorry for your loss but it's wonderful that you have found a new doggy friend. Sometimes I fear that losing my 13yr old Jack Russell terrier would finish me off.

Lovely. I have had high bp for many years and have never worried until recent years bc both my parents are elderly with dad in nursing home & mom at 94 with some issues. The stress has been high since Nov and I just feel so anxious. I'm feeling better and now having discovered you, Dr Gupta I feel much better. Thanks for this video.
