  • Natalie has literally fought for her life since she was a teenager due to this parasite of a disease known as Cushing’s.
Natalie is a single mother of an amazing young man. From a heart aneurysm to a new found seizure disorder, she continues to fight for proper medical attention even after diagnosis and a failed transphenoidal pituitary tumor resection that resulted in MRSA.
Throughout Natalie’s struggle, she continually turns to social media to track down others that fight for diagnosis and treatment. Once she finds those in need, she is a plethora of support and knowledge to help them navigate the battlefield known as health care!
With Natalie’s full plate, she continues to be a pillar of strength for all that are in need!
Natalie states, “PEOPLE ARE SICK AND DYING AND BEING DISMISSED AND GASLIT. It’s unacceptable.”

I absolutely agree with the theory presented at the beginning of the video. It truly does. The cost to society NOT to diagnose and treat these rare diseases is so much more costly than just doing what needs done. This is an OLD disease, but has only been able to be tested for and treated properly in the last 20 years with most advancements in the last 10. Just such a lack of research and funding for NeuroEndocrine tumors in general. Cushings Disease, pheochromacytoma, paraganglioma….the list goes on!! It radiates out to society for sure - I’m now living in poverty on SSDI and the SSA still has yet to pay me my backpay (was supposed to receive it after my approval last March) it’s all DEPLORABLE.
