I’m currently a third semester student and I’m applying for an Externship program in my area and I have interviews coming up for ER and ICU. I’m really excited and nervous because this will be my first job interview for my nursing career. This video really helped!!! This was such a great video! But what if, they ask you a question that you have no experience with, how would you answer those questions? Because for me, I don't really have a lot of stories to share especially about a time when my patient is deteriorating and what I would do.
@RNexplained regarding the advocating for a patient and adapting to change; what do you say if you never came across any of these type of situations in your pre nursing career ? All I have done is been an MA for a couple of private practices with all stable patients
