In this video, I share my thoughts on the 2023 Sunday Forecaster bike. I have to admit, last year I wasn't a huge fan of it, but I'm happy to say that the company has made some small changes and lowered the price to make it a better value bike. I'll be going over everything you need to know about the Sunday Forecaster, including its weight, customizability and upgradability. I'll also be talking about the different versions of the bike that come with different features, such as one version having a free coaster while another has a cassette. So, it's important for you to check which version you are buying before purchasing. I'll also be providing information about the different size and color options available and recommend the best option for riders of different heights. I'll also mention that the Brock Rayford black option comes in a left-hand drive or a right-hand drive option, which is unique for a bike under $1000. At the end of the video, I'll be giving my honest recommendation of the bike. So, stay tuned and I hope you find this information helpful.

I recently bought the 2022 Broc Raiford model. Basically the same as the 2023 version, just a color way I preferred. I also really like the fact that I was able to get it in LHD, and having a 21” top tube is amazing since I’m 6’2
I would say the EX are a better value, but I really didn’t like the color way for the freecoaster version, plus the bars, forks, and rims are only a marginal upgrade in my opinion. I think most are better off just choosing a Forecaster they like and upgrading to much higher quality rims than what come on the EX, and then upgrading the forks and bars when need be.
Just my thought process I went through when I made my choice, and honestly I think it’s a great bike to upgrade over time for beginner - intermediate riders.

Just getting back into BMX at age 31 and just bought this bike for my birthday. I overlooked the weight and now I’m a bit worried. I’m at 200lbs, what do you recommend I swap out to make this less of an issue for strain?

Another great review, you mentioned fly bikes. Are you going to review any of them this year?

I was thinking of buying the macca perez grasset park midnight purple one and then buying a separate chromoly 1p steerer tube fork, would this be a good choice for a semi beginner? I know quite a decent amount of strick but not enough to be considered an intermediate and I like park geometry and the gyro so idk 🤷, my other choice was gonna be the kink whip but idk which would technically be best for me 😔

I am a slightly heavy rider tho I’m like just under 200 pounds so I think the kink whip would honestly be better

I’m a beginner, I was considering the kink launch but I might just buy the Sunday forecaster just so I don’t have to buy another bike in the future. Would this be a good idea?

In your App, the "Toptube Size" parameter works as "and", but should be "or". 20.5 or 20.75 or 21. If I choose several sizes, the result of the filter is 0.

@@maxandreev27 based on the info I found online, it’s a good bike! I’d say very similar to the kink Williams in terms of quality. $700-$800 is a good price for it new

Again, I just don't see the point in spending this much on crap parts. This is why you will NEVER catch me buying new over priced shit when I can get better for less used at the park or off facebook!
