Wow, great video. No commentary, no personal opinion. Just comments from the boys and a few questions from interviewers of the day. Some great photos. Thank you
John says it could be a death of the group because each one doing their own thing. But in essence it was a death that never died. Love you guys. You'll never die in my lifetime. ❤❤❤❤
At the time the Beatles were working on ABBEY ROAD, John Lennon looked more like a hippie than a Beatle, although he never struck me as being conventionally handsome even in the group's "suit-and-tie" days.
Wow, 4K views in 8 days. Thanks so much to everyone and thanks for the subs. I am working on my next video about Sgt. Pepper. Stay tuned :) Oh and be sure to check out my first video, which doesn't have nearly as many views, called "Fade to White" about the White album.
The Beatles were idealists, not realists. Were they realists, Paul would have sang: *"And in the end, the hate you make is equal to the hate you take."* Certainly would have been more profoundly accurate to the majority of humanity.
Paul certainly was an idealist but John was more of a realist. More so after he left the Beatles. Cold Turkey, Instant Karma, the whole Plastic Ono album is about painful truth. One of his lines from "Nobody loves you when you're down and out" is "I scratch your back and you knife mine" or "everybody loves you when you're six foot in the ground." The combination of Paul's head in the clouds with John's more edgy and dark side is what made them so great as a songwriting team.
@@MagicalWhitePepperRoad Agreed. Optimism tempered by realism. I always felt John's lyrics more substantial than Paul's granny music, but I did so enjoy both.

Thank you, that was my aim. I appreciate that!
Outstanding video & editing. Thank you for doing this and providing stripped down context for my favorite Beatles album.
Thank you so much. It's my favorite album as well.
Amazing video, do more of these ! Love the Beatles, subscribing !
Thank you, much appreciated. I think Sgt. Pepper is next. Should be pretty easy to find content on that one :)
