Where can I find an almond or tan colored one?
I can’t get the handle back together correctly it seems like the latch lever pin is too long. Any idea what I’m doing wrong?

Do you happen to have a video on removing the actual mortis lock from the door itself? I have seen similar videos elsewhere, but this unit is exactly like my door where those two screws are in the actual door itself and not a piece that comes out

Does it matter which way you put the wave washer?
No, the orientation of the wave washer does not affect the performance of the lever.

But you skipped the hard part. How to best marry the door latch keeper with the new door latch.
