I spent Saturday cleaning our single side of the garage. In a few weeks we will start on the double side. We will order a dumpster for that job! 😅

Hi, you did a great job for just you. Here are a few tips for your next garage clean out with a helper or helpers:
- pull everything completely out of the garage to driveway or temp onsite storage unit or trailer
- completely clean the garage from top to bottom
- paint the walls & ceiling
- get rid of extra items and materials that are not being and haven't been used for about a year (i.e. dresser, extra fertilizer roller & black trim strips)
- sketch a layout on paper to sectionalize areas of the garage for 1) easy access, 2) tools, 3) sporting goods / kids toys, 4) storage, 5) parking space
- get wall storage to get as many items you can off of the floor

Garage looks great. We have a 2 car garage. One side is full of junk. Used to store my son's car, but moved it out and now it's junk. We're slowing getting it organized and cleared. We had to build a shed for the lawn tools and more junk. When your kids move out, they don't always take their junk with them. I still have lots of my youngest son's stuff in the basement. May clean out the shed and move his stuff out there.
I am not surprised by that at all! 😂 Definitely going to expect their stuff sticking around for a while too. That’s a good idea to put it out in the shed. Thai garage has been a work in progress for the last few months, and I’m still working on it, it’s a big job so take your time ♥️

Hey Judy, I’m doing good. Taking care of myself and healing 🥰 We actually have a room upstairs that is a gym room. Weighs and rack and bench and stuff. Just didn’t want the treadmill up there so I left it in the garage.
Looks good, our garage gets clean and then gets messy, clean, messy, clean! It’s a vicious circle. Lol

Hey Nayda, I do like comments and I try to get back to as many as I can. I wish I could get back to every last one but between having two channels and being a single mom of 3 and running this business solely on my own there just isn’t enough time in the day.
