Update: 2 days after and its working. Now I am watching Netflix and Cravetv with out any problems. Solution: Factory reset. I had to call Philips Customer Support and they assisted me with the process.

On Monday night I went into Netflix to keep watching and it was stuck on the screen where I was searching it up. Won’t let me do anything. I know it’s a Netflix problem because I went into RUclips and everything worked fine. It’s also not a wifi problem since everything else is working. It isn’t doing this on the living room tv. Any suggestions??
Anyone else having juddering issues on Netflix in A4 HIsense series?The picture quality is great,but there are some noticeable microjuddering issues while playing a title.Tried everything,even hard reset the Tv,but it keeps doing it.Unplug the tv and sign out/reload Netflix didn't help either 😐

Did a factory reset , internet memory reset , removed the channel and still nothing , but I can watch hulu , HBO and other streaming channels from the same TV. Just Netflix but on my other TV Netflix works just fine.
When "have you tried unplugging it and plugging it back in" ACTUALLY works lol Fixed it for me. Thank you!
