    When "have you tried unplugging it and plugging it back in" ACTUALLY works lol Fixed it for me. Thank you!

      Because it only allows me to watch 1 show and then back to "square one" 🤦‍♀️

      Update: 2 days after and its working. Now I am watching Netflix and Cravetv with out any problems. Solution: Factory reset. I had to call Philips Customer Support and they assisted me with the process.

    Thank you! I had unplugged at first, but I plugged it in after 2 seconds and it didn't work. I found you on RUclips and when you said 60 seconds I tried it and it worked. I'm sure glad you were on RUclips!

    My screen was completely black whenever I pressed the Netflix button, internet was fine and every other app worked. Pulled it out from the wall and now it works a fucking treat

    My Netflix literally won’t do anything. I was searching up Big Bang theory over the weekend since season twelve was out. On Monday night I went into Netflix to keep watching and it was stuck on the screen where I was searching it up. Won’t let me do anything. I know it’s a Netflix problem because I went into RUclips and everything worked fine. It’s also not a wifi problem since everything else is working. It isn’t doing this on the living room tv. Any suggestions??

    Anyone else having juddering issues on Netflix in A4 HIsense series?The picture quality is great,but there are some noticeable microjuddering issues while playing a title.Tried everything,even hard reset the Tv,but it keeps doing it.Unplug the tv and sign out/reload Netflix didn't help either 😐

    Mine has a blank screen. Every other thing works. I can Hulu RUclips what ever. Click on Netflix. Just a blank black screen

    Still gets the network error code , its not my network as I'm currently watching RUclips videos on how to fix this off my wifi. Did a factory reset , internet memory reset , removed the channel and still nothing , but I can watch hulu , HBO and other streaming channels from the same TV. Just Netflix but on my other TV Netflix works just fine.

      Just put on Settings and then go to image, then change the standard on energy saving, thats work for me. Is to easy.
