Im not a huge writer on this but here's my 2 cents. You need to value yourself. Obviously this will not work if you have low self esteem. Work on yourself and get to the point where you know you are an attractive and valuable man; someone that women would love to be with. You need to realise this: No man on earth can have any woman he wants, anyone who believes the opposite is an idiot and does not know how attraction works. My problem is less to approach strangers, more to find them. My daily life looks like drive to work, go in the gym, meet good friends, sleep and repeat. I know that a hobby would help out but I don't know how to find the right one and bring this to my daily life routin.

I don't know is Sweden one of the happiest countries, and I don't even live there. I live in the Finland and i can see where he's coming from. Great video and vision, I really like your video's! Started nofap and cold showers in January 2016 and really focussed on personal development ever since. I have read the book Models already, but I experience I lack experience in the first few steps. What are nice places to meet women during the day. Take certain workshops or a job with a lot of social interaction? Currently I am really busy with studying at university. I do see beautiful women there and in the gym, but often I am busy with my own things and end up not approaching.

I have no problem talking to strangers when I really need something from them. But I can't force myself to talk to them just for the sake of talking to them under some false pretence, it feels fake and wrong to me and I can't overcome it. Anyone with the same problem?
