    I have a feeling this channel is going to get really big. Loved the wings. I just made a bunch of tallow from brisket trimmings so I’m gonna have to try this.

    Bradley, i am the cook of an awesome country school concession stand. My typical fare is burgers with my own special seasoning , cheese totts and fries, nuggs, candy and drinks. I would LOVE to see your take on a quick, down and dirty concession stand wing that will blow the minds of 1A baskettball fans. love the channel. and yes, I do have real deep-fryers! Go Panthers!!

    I’ve watched about 10 videos and this one is my favorite because I love wings! Normally I like my wings naked. But the Wondra is a excellent choice. Your results look amazing. You’ve just earned a loyal Subscriber 💯

    I followed this recipe, made the sauce and they came out fantastic. The longer cooking time definately helps with tenderness and the leftover blue cheese went great on a black and bleu burger.

    Blue cheese dip is the best with wings, Spur's spicy Driky sause and a Blue cheese sauce combo is to die for. Spur Steak ranches restaurant chain in South Africa does this. But I moved to Germany some 10 years ago and after watching this video I will have to make some....

    How many times can you reuse that tallow?
    Also does it degrade like vegetable oils or is tallow and lard different when using it for deep frying oil?

    Wings are the fruit of the party,you can boil it,(nah)bake,fry it,grill or smoke it,,theys uh pepper wings,en chilacate,miso and sake wings,sweet n sour wings,Fusion wings,Bubba wings(had to give him credit) but really loved this particular wing video.Keep all em coming,us California BBQ people resonate with what you are up to here

    I'm curious, what brand/model is your two burner set up on your kitchen kart? I built a masonry tiled top outdoor kitchen for myself a while ago, but current burner is dying and I'm looking for a double. Do tell, please, and thanks, and keep up the excellent, informative videos.

      It’s a propane burner from avantco, great deal! You can also purchase a custom griddle to for it!!

    Not all of us can afford to make our own bleu cheese dressing. Such pretentiousness to suggest that all store bought bleu cheese dressing tastes terrible, I like the Lighthouse brand and it's around $5.00 at Publix.
