rapid fire frostbolt just lasering down an add sounds pretty cool, it's just so out there that idk how they can smoothly implement that without testing. And yea, orb needs to be stationary and a mouseover cast like blizzard.
Think one of my bigger gripes with frost mage is still how melee focused it is in m+. Have to be in melee for CoC and to get a good orb position. Would love if they could fix that in some way. Maybe make the pvp talent where you can target your orb location a pve talent instead, and with CoC make it not a cone if you take the talent but make it similair to Icy Nova or something where it hits a main target and everytthing around it.
