Kid Icarus Uprising is just full of the characters roasting each other. Also, yeah Palutena's guidance doesn't really help you with fighting at all. It's pretty much just for banter.
The guidance is funny sometimes but it pales sooooo hard compared to the dialogue in Uprising, so definitely play it if you like the comedy here

In GoW, Kratos hates the gods because the gods either try to kill him or force Kratos to kills his relatives, making Kratos a broken man who sees the gods to who they truly are and sworn vengeance to the gods for what they did, getting Pit to hate gods would be difficult, sure Pit gets bossed around, being told to be part of dangerous thing or end up in deadly traps, but he doesn't mind that, and there isn't anything that could break him

Snakes Codec is a massive disappointment in this game.
There's a good reason for that. The voice of Snake and Colonel has died.
