I am not vegan but I love that faux BLT idea! I found a new mushroom at the farmer's market and it is very MEATY and tasty like meat....I would love to try it with this recipe. YUM! I have tried the chickpea one before and it is delicious!
I think these sandwitches look amasing and are a great alternative when you are trying to eat healthy while being verry busy at school! Although, I would like to see some more ideas with a little more sauce, dressing, name it, simply because it will taste a little dry.

Honestly all these videos with the food looks so good! I would def consider going vegan because I already love vegetables and fruits!
