I found this incredibly young Baron's class by accident and loved all the ab work. This was the fastest 1/2 hour I have spent in class in a long time. As a new Journey into Power teacher, I enjoyed very much seeing the origins of Baptiste Power Yoga.

and I have been doing this for 13 years as well as his unlocking..They are part of my life now!
