I started with Lansky...Moved to the Worksharp adjustable...then bought the Worksharp MKII which is great for quick touch ups and refining some edges. After watching you I just ordered the Ken Onion and the extra belts. thanks!
Honestly, I ignore the suggested passes and check for a burr doing only one side until a burr is formed across one side, then move to the other side and repeat
