I get the feeling a lot of these are just_pump-n-dump movies now, throw something out quick with yesterday's big names and on a low budget and release it. Ever since Netflix, Paramount, Apple TV, etc started "producing" movies, this is the quality we get. Is this one of those "productions"?

Sniper: The White Raven is an awesome movie, can't wait for that one. if i remember correctly the actual person that the movies based on helped along with using a lot of active duty Ukrainian military to make the movie.

    • @nittyblahblah8939
      @nittyblahblah8939 21 день назад

Reportedly, around 100 Guardsmen from the Northern Operational Territorial Unit of the NGU (National Guard of Ukraine), as well as service personnel from the Rapid Response Brigade of the NGU participated in filming, along with a couple of dozen military vehicles.
The story was based, in part, on the real life experiences of Mykola Voronin. A school teacher who eventually enlisted in the military (Ukraine) when russia invaded in 2104.
I haven't found any solid information on whether or not Varonin (Raven, his callsign = Voron, based on script writer's name) experienced any of the actual tragedies portrayed in the film.
However, it has been and still is being documented all the war crimes ruskees have committed/are committing throughout Ukraine.
The Luhansk and Donetsk regions of Ukraine have suffered the longest under russia's invasion since 2014.
Horlivka, where they film begins, sits on the Western edge if Donetsk Oblast. One of the first regions to be occupied, pillaged, raped and murdered by ruskees.
So, in my opinion, the events in the film are watered down compared to the actual atrocities documented.

I haven't kept up with weapons in probably 20 years now. Aren't tube fed shotguns only able to handle 5 rounds? And most older shotguns came with a plug installed so you could only load 3 for some kind of hunting regulation. But I remember 5 being the max capacity, even on a long shotgun.

But with minishells the capacity can be increased to 12+1…. So many technicalities

You’re not getting the premise of the movie I feel like you’re judging it based off of these little scenes. If you watch the movie, a beekeeper is this corporation or otherwise known as a beehive of people that you’ll never guess what they actually do and their jobs are specifically when people do other people wrong in the government aren’t doing anything about it or become tyrannical or is doing something wrong they’re outside of the government yet still work in the government at the same time at least government funded and they’re not supposed to look Tactical. They’re supposed to look like normal people. So yeah, he’s gonna wear a dump truckers hat, and not to mention. The whole point is who stole from it was this old lady who is giving him a place to stay in treating him with love and respect had a bunch of money saved up and but it wasn’t for herself. It was for a community thing so these people stole everything from her and I’m talking about millions of dollars that was supposed to go to charity. She end up killing herself because of the whole situation and there’s no other way that she would’ve got any of that back and the government wouldn’t do anything about it, so his job is to deal with it now

    When you guys mentioned
    The Sniper: White Raven
My mind drifts to "Best in Hell" the Wagner movie...
politics aside, that is one good war movie. I do recommend that one after the Sniper.

Been binging y'all guys stuff and i think you have to watch Blizzard of Souls. Movie spans beginning of WW1 to the start of the Soviet Union at the end of the war and the MC fighting the Soviets for Latvian independence. An amazing movie and its similar to all quiet on the western front.

Maryland with Diane Kruger. Some kind of Kevin alone at home movie with grown ups.
And a weird suggestions. (Since Jeremy Irons was in the beekeeper.) The Mission from 1986. A lot of fighting in the jungle in this movie, but from the 18. century and well ... faith based.

Use of deadly force varies from state to state. Know the laws of the state you reside in or states you are traveling through/to.
They are not all the same.

Great commentary as usual. Spot on attention to detail. I like your throttle theory. Abel specified trying to select DRIVE. Just slam the shifter down till it won't go any further. Of course she'd be in LOW, which would be OK. Right? P R N D L. Thanks guys.
