@@JazzyFabbry I'm sure it does, especially when you're playing. So, I noticed your playing this in G major which is what it was originally written. Well, not knowing this, I started Googling the sheet music and picked one at random to start practice. The thing is, It wound up being in F# major, which means a lot more confusing black keys, lol. Let me ask you this. Besides showing respect to the original composer, do you think songs should be played in their original key, or does it really matter? Because (and I'm not saying that the B major version sounds better than G major) I think both sound great and I think a song should be preformed at the best of the individual covering it.
Texas if You look at my covers... i respect a lot the original. It's my way to play.
At same time, every artists and every musicians could feel the songs differently... so there is not a right answer to your question.
I normally don't like covers with altered notes or so on, but even i, sometimes i feel that on the piano something sounds better with a different key. It's a choice, or better a feeling.

I don't know if you've heard of her (she has a youtube channel), but there's a lady who makes beautiful arrangements. I just bought "Sweet Child Of Mine" from her. Her name is Vikagoeswild. She's got a lot of cover videos. She's almost as good as you, lol. You should go check her out.
@@JazzyFabbry, I would be honored if you would watch my "cover?" to this. I've got a LONG way to go. I stopped playing at age @14-present and just started getting interested in it again.
