Alright, I've heard your Till Lindemann and Jonathan Davis, but Chris Cornell is where I draw the line. There's _no way_ you can sound like ALL of them, unless there's software involved. Nevertheless, mad respect for putting it to such good use. 🤘
How do you not have millions of subs? The algorithm is broken. Or at least is still learning. Almost every song you’ve put out is an absolute banger. You are awesome.
When you tore into this right from the drop with that trademark Cornell scream, it literally gave me goosebumps. I've never, EVER heard anyone even come close to his power... until you. It's not just talent, you have a genuine gift, and we are so insanely fortunate that you share it with us. Thank you for this.

While I don't want to take away even a tiniest bit of respect from Otu, who brings me so much joy with his performances, there's this one guy that has no production whatsoever and plays acoustic (well, latest videos are better) - Nathan Wesley or natew101. He has the best Say Hello 2 Heaven cover I've ever heard. His Pearl Jam/AiC catalogue is also impressive as he plays really well while singing (or the other way round, decide for yourself).
@@TheShapingSickness This guy sings pretty good but the “power” here is virtually all in effect and running that mic hotter than the sun. This dude doesn’t have Cornell-like power at *all*
I think it's pretty much impossible to get any closer to transforming this "what if" scenario into an event that actually took place. There are some extremely talented musicians on this platform who are very skilled and creative when it comes to producing similar content, but this is something else entirely. This is like watching "what if" become a living and breathing reality as if it had always been that way to begin with. Absolutely insane.
He was my all time favorite singer, and I feel like Audioslave was all of these musicians at the height of their abilities. Having said that, you nailed this!
It's very impressive, there's more than just singing technique and composition. There's a lot of very incredible voice work that I'm frankly jealous of as an amateur VA.
This is legitimately the best cover I've ever heard in my entire life. You nailed every single aspect of this, this works so well, thanks dude! Keep making phenomenal music!
I'm gonna send this video to a buddy of mine, he is the "Chris Cornell" in a Soundgarden tribute. I would love for him to perform this. As far as your vocals, your 'clean' vocal to me doesn't sound much like Chris, but your screams are a completely different story and blew me away. Good job, dude!
Bravo. Well done man. Huge Chris Cornell fan here and you did this justice. I love how you wore the guitar up high like Tom. Not sure what goes on in that head of yours to come up with these but I dig it. ROCK ON !!!!
I never would have expected at all that it would sound this good! So...is anyone else wondering what Show Me How To Live would sound like if it was performed by Smash Mouth, now?
Two comments: 1) You turned this song into something amazing, and it reminded me of the complete reimagination that Rage did with Springsteen's "The Ghost of Tom Joad." 2) This made me sad to think of all the songs that Chris could have written and shared with us if he had taken a different path. Dude, you are amazing--if you close your eyes you WERE Cornell! And Morello would be proud of your interpretation of his style.
Wow this is is powerfully nostalgic and extremely good! I need a whole album of this! I really hear and feel the Soundgarden roots in your vocals!! Bravo!!!
Big Chris Cornell fan here! Just stumbled upon this by accident. You absolutely nailed the Cornell distortion sound! Amazing! I haven't heard anyone do it better!
Hole E. Shidt. Soundgarden should seriously hit you up if they get back together...assuming your lyric writing skills are up to par, anyway. I like how you nail his scream-singing style perfectly, but the clean vocals sound different giving it your own sound. That's why I still like Alice In Chains with William Duvall singing. Saw them live multiple times and on the older songs it was almost like hearing Layne Staley singing, but the newer ones he gives it his own spin on the sound. It would be cool if when Soundgarden puts that last album out they actually tour for it.
That was just… Wow. You can already do the best Till Lindemann and Jonathan Davis impersonations I’ve ever seen, and now Cornell too? WTF? Nothing short of absolutely impressive.
I had no idea how much I needed this in my life. WOW! Can I ask a small favor? Would you please do an entire album of these remakes as performed by Audioslave? Thanks in advance! ;) Edit: I just found your other Audioslave stuff. Man, you sure deliver!

Hearing "Chris" sing _all that glitters is gold_ was a treat for my ears.
❤
So dope. Your impersonations of varying bands of varying styles is astounding! Love the vids
Holy fuckin’ moly. I’m speechless!
This song kicks ass!! Nice job as usual 👍
This is how the song SHOULD have been all along! Holy shit you know how to capture vibes of these bands! Keep up the good work bro!
I think I just blew out my phones speakers. And it was worth it.
So excellent. You took a song I don’t like and made it something I would listen to.
Was not expecting you to get this one, but you nailed it!
You nailed it, Brother
Holy shit....That Chris voice was TOO perfect.

This is so good!!!!!

NGL this goes kinda hard
Holy crap

Moar Chris covers PLEASE!
I have never heard anyone nail Chris Cornells vocals before. Seriously impressed….not only that, but this song absolutely works
I still haven't. This is an approximation at best.
Check out Ian Thornley heh.
He sounds pretty dang good. He's gotta be using some kind of program to layer his voice with tones of the artist he is impersonating

And I fuckin love it!

Feels like Audioslave is still with us. Never saw them live and never will but your songs make it feel like I could. Thanks man!

Audislave was awesome live. I saw them in Toronto.
And here we have men, thanking each other...😅

The "Gasoline" reverb at 0:57 is a perfect touch. This is great, well done!
Now we just need the 10 hour "And They Don't Stop Coming" version of this.
