I don't think the console is laggy I think its mainly due to you being used to the higher frame rate your pc can achieve combined with the hz of your monitor makes a far smoother experience went from a console to pc and tried playing a newer console recently and couldn't cause of how it felt like I was back on 30fps but banger vid as always goat
