This is actually the episode "The Lipstick Killer" Season 3 Episode 13 which is a classic. Nice appearance from Claudia Christian as Hooker's nurse and good performance from David Huffman who was tragically killed by a robber the year after this episode was shot in 1985. Also big kudos for the series introducing a competent and confident character with a disability here played by an actor with a genuine disability - something we rarely see on TV - with the excellent Hugh Farrington as Lt Pete O'Brien who became a semi-regular in the show in the next couple of seasons.

Seems like the writers were doing an homage to Ironside with Farrington's character. Seemed a bit like Robert T. Ironside in not only being wheelchair bound but in intrepid detective skills and spirit.

Above all else, the character that David Huffman played in this episode may very well be one of the clients who was defended in court at his trial by the character of Richard Bay, future Assistant District Attorney of the City of Boston and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in the 1997-2004 ABC lawyer drama series “THE PRACTICE”.

The character played by the late actor David Huffman in this episode winds up being defended by the character of Richard Bay, the future Assistant District Attorney for the City of Boston and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in the 1997-2004 ABC lawyer drama series “THE PRACTICE”.

It's so sad to what happened to David Huffman. He was a talented actor.

Just how cars burst into flame and exploded after a minor accident in the 1980s. Who did we ever survive growing up then

Now, just how many fellow fans out there who would like to see William Shatner doing the voice of T.J. Hooker in an animated theatrical movie version of the animated series “KING OF THE HILL”?

Why is it in most T.J Hooker episodes Stacey usually got injured.

I just watched a movie yesterday where King, a man fairy ran the island where he lived. His younger sister, was in love with James Darren and King didn’t approve of him because he was a Hawaiian and King didn’t want her to marry someone who was a “white” person. James Darren was accidentally killed in a “freak” accident by King so that’s how the problem was solved. I hope James Darren manages to survive in this movie because I really like him.

Only if we can get those bumbs who decided to turn WGN into NewsNation, in order to compete with CNN, to get the WGN call letters re-issued; otherwise we get WGN reorganized on our own, and with approval of the FCC (Federal Communications Commission) WGN could possibly be back in action for keeps.

I figured that he hated his mother and that’s why he killed her. I was right about the hating and murder part but I was wrong about who was doing the killing. It was a man instead of a woman. His voice reminds me of Anthony Perkin’s voice in the movie Psycho. Creepy!!! 😱😱😱😳😳😳🥴🥴🥴
