Saw this vid as an ad, came here to leave a like to encourage b&h to keep highlighting their customers cause I think that's awesome. Would love to see the concerns of employee treatment addressed

I shop at B&H for the majority of my video gear needs, but I am sooooooooooo tired of seeing this ad pop up over and over and over.....ugh!

This is a real B&H customer story: I returned a camera backpack to them as part of an exchange for a larger version of the same bag. They charged a 15% “restocking fee” (taken from the refund amount) because I didn’t send it back using the same box it was shipped to me in.
Thank you for your order and this feedback. We regret your dissatisfaction. Our return policy specifies, “Please read conditions below. If all conditions are not met, B&H reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee. All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box (including an intact UPC code) and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, accompanying free items and accessories.” When your return did not match these requirements a restock fee was applied to cover the expenses we will incur trying to resell this item as previously owned and returned.
@@BandH - As a quick follow up to this, B&H has since refunded the restocking fee I was charged. The generic, low-effort response that was given above is exactly what caused this to escalate into a customer service complaint in the first place. A brown cardboard shipping box clearly isn’t original packaging and has no relevance to the condition of the returned items inside.
Also, I would never leave a public response like this on social media. Seriously, just say something like “please reach out to us directly at [your e-mail] so we can learn more about this situation.” I have to imagine B&H is outsourcing their customer service team for it to be this embarrassingly inept.

Surprised after 13 million views this ad only has 60 comments, this ad was refreshing and nice compared to most of the crappy ones I see all the time I really get this ad rarely it’s not constantly thrown at me which is nice it’s like a hidden gem I see very occasionally. I pretty much just get cameras from my dad when he’s done with them. He always gets the latest and greatest and then a few years later he gets the new latest and greatest so I’m never that far behind and I have a nice drone. But he has told me that he’s had a history of buying from B&H he likes it a lot, it’s not like he buys from them frequently but he says they’re definitely one of the better companies
They have people that listen to this ad and then leave a comment complimenting it. What a fucking world
B&H, you are blowing it. You've targeted me too many times (I've seen this one ad dozens of times). I had to click thumbs down on this video. Nobody wants to see the same ad SO OFTEN. Not even Jack & Barbara.
Not their fault, honestly its on you for not searching up more products so your advertising is more diversified. This is the Ad that RUclips feels will most likely convert you to a purchase, along with B&H putting a massive budget behind the videos.

This is just the greatest piece of branded content I've had advertised at me. I'm not buying anything today because I don't need anything, but boy does it make me love B&H. The couple is charming, the graphics are great, I just - I'm really impressed.
I imagine that in hell I've have to watch this commercial on repeat. That's quite the schlep 🤪

Terrible support. Laptop we bought needed to be sent for repair one month later. No consideration from b and h at all. I was out the warranty I paid extra for and laptop. B and h came up and I lost. Sad. I tried so hard to get better support from customer service. And basically told too bad and good this I got the extra warranty.

wow these are just like regular people who needed equipment for their hobbies and this company was there to help them buy stuff for taking pictures of 'nature'

The concept of this advertisement is flawed. This Ad is more suited for courier services like UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Other than packaging the equipment well and shipping it to a courier service, B&H plays NO role in getting the shipment delivered to Jack and Barbara's remote location in Chignik Lake, Alaska. The Director and Concept Creator of this Advertisement MUST be FIRED. Who even approved this concept? He MUST be FIREd too.

The best optics are found among Zeiss, Nikkor and Rodenstock. B&H and wollensock were always considered inferior in commercial photo and graphic arts industries.

@@gewglesux it's possible they have discontinued it, due to COVID. When I was there a few years ago, I got to chatting with one of the staff. I explained I was from Texas and had made it a point to see B&H when I got to visit NY. He insisted I try some candy and even gave me some to put in my pocket and enjoy later. It was very tasty.
@@TexasPelican I'm sure that was the reason... Seriously, everywhere there were people Cleaning, Mopping, scrubbing... they're doing their part to make sure the store is spic n span and as safe as humanly possible.
