Thanks for a great video. Very informative. I tried real estate home sales a couple of times. I still remember the second time I had a pretty young blonde woman half my age assigned as my mentor. I had been told she was a top salesperson. She did almost the entire presentation for a listing for me. She talkety-talked a lot, apologizing for it afterwards. When she was done it was a no-brainer to everyone that the sellers would sign. I told her not to change a word of her presentation.

The ubersuggest and semrush show different data for the same word, there is a huge variation in both data so really confusing which data is accurate?

It's frustrating, and although I know these tools just use estimates, it's crazy how much they vary. I use SEMrush to deep dive, but I like the Ubersuggest quick data.
