Over the recent TG weekend, I asked ChatGPT to write me a recipe for dumplings, as in Chicken and Dumplings - I wanted to make Turkey soup w/ dumplings. But my dumplings have always been horrible(!), no matter the recipe I've tried over the years. I asked it to write me a recipe for dumplings using White Lily flour (it's lighter), butter instead of shortening and to include cream of tartar (for the leavening and 'tang'). I also requested it to give me the measurements for the White Lily flour in 'grams' so I could weight it for a more accurate measurement. It wrote me a recipe pretty quickly. I tried it, with my husband on the sideline (hoping against hope that GOOD dumplings would finally be accomplished. Guess what? VOILA! PERFECT DUMPLINGS! I could not believe it! I was worried about using ChatGPT, but it's been a fun tool to have in my pocket!

YES!! One of my dear friends makes over 30k a month on her food blog. The majority of her traffic comes from Pinterest.
