Japan's care and discipline is impressive, they work efficiently, such a small place makes so much food ,and serve many people.
The video produced by the video author is really good and worth learning! I am also sharing Asian food culture!
and overfishing, thats the real waste.
Efficient? One of japan's biggest issue is that they hold onto tradition too much. The reason they're behind in many areas is because of that tradition that also turns people into drones and drives them depressed and insane. They do work hard for sure though, but not by choice really.

As an american fishmonger this Is what I'd honestly like to enjoy in the early mornings around4-5AM but the noodle shop doesn't open until 11AM. Very nice video and a lovely market

This is an incredible chef! He is so fast and friendly despite the fact that he has a lot of work and gets tired. Looking at the ramen, I felt a feeling of hunger😋

at first i thought he will be alone at his shop, but as time goes on he set up a table...i thought that lady at first was a worker at the fish market 😅 ... and then he set up more table and seats too, by the looks of it the regulars are salaryman/workers too... and seeing the line that are waitng his ramen is tasty for sure, ... great video as always!🥰

Really surprised at how small the shop is and how the ramen chef manages it all by himself from early morning until his other coworkers arrive.
Even if the size of the shop is small its very clean and efficient. How i wish i could go here and meet these people. May you be blessed with more customers!

That large size ramen with extra meat could feed 2 adults. Really amazing portion and hardworking chef.
It sure is busy. I've seen some stalls and places that is run by one person. Glad he has people to help him out. No way he can do all this by himself. I'm sure a lot of customers are regulars, they know they will get good food and service.
The way he works is hypnotizing! How I wish to be among the regulars there, and I wouldn't mind having to wait in line. Looks delicious.

If i was the owner of that place, i wouldn't mind working so hard. But if i was a mere server, i would try to find a new job as soon as possible. Working that hard isn't worth the minimum wage.

Makes sense. People who work for minimum wage, won't put in the effort. They'll just do the bare minimum for the minimum pay. That's why it's difficult to find good help as an employer. But since it's your own business, you give it your all.

I was here in 2017 during my business trip to Nagoya. Located at the entrance of market close to nagoya station. I found this place through google review which was very highly rated and decided to give a try. I put my review as well on google. One of the best traditional ramen i've ever tried so far. I dont even know the name of the shop since everything is written in kanji.. definitely will come back here whenever im in Nagoya.

What???? You never eat street foods. You will miss out so many delicious food. Street food is not dirty. They are food sold in the street have nothing to do with not hygiene. You have o misunderstood street food.
