You can use a foaming bath butter base or a whipped soap base. I have lots of videos and tutorials using bases. When using a base, you don't need to add in more surfactants, oils or butters. I hope I understood your question.

If you just want the one recipe I still believe $5 is more than reasonable for a full formula with percentages, and a step by step downloadable tutorial.
