I hate those gels. They smell like semen and taste like laboratory waste. Garlic with the green chutney that goes with pani puri helps me as odd as that sounds.

They’re always like this Y_Y I have always put salt directly on them as it often temporarily numbs the pain (after being extremely painful for about 30 seconds) but it doesn’t seem to be helping this time 😭
In the U.S. we call them cough drops, but if it's for anything other than a cough is called a lozenge. Like throat lozenge for sure through. The "drops" for cough i think are more due to a brand name. Similar to "bandaid". Doesn't matter if it's not bandaid brand, they're all called bandaids. Thank you for your video!

TOMS TOOTHPASTE is what I have been using Tom’s toothpaste has sodium lauryl sulfate. So I am going to stop using it and see if that helps. Eating chips may be part of the problem. I always get sores on the top of my mouth. (Roof). I have found that eating sharp food when I have a sore prevents it from healing. So soft food only helps a lot.

I get canker sores when I'm stressed out so I wash my mouth out with salt water and it helps..

Do any mouthwashes with citric acid need to be avoided? It burns a lot

I just put salt straight on it. It already hurts but now I am in for the long haul
You want to dissolve salt in warm water and rinse with that. Pure salt just burns, making healing slower. Rinse 5+ times daily
