Ghana Meat Pie || Tuna Pie || Fish Pie || Amazin Kitchen

Ingredients:
For the pie dough:
500 gr All-purpose flour
250 gr cold butter (unsalted)
1 teaspoon grated nutmeg
2 teaspoons salt (omit if using salted butter)
2 tablespoons blended onion and garlic paste
4 tablespoons cold water
For the filling:
2 cans of Tuna in oil
1 large onion chopped
1 teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon Paprika powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
For the egg wash:
1 small egg
Splash of milk
Bake at 180C degrees Celsius for 25 to 30 minutes
