    Fun fact. He hasn’t fumbled one time in college. He might be slim but he’s definitely not weak. Especially considering he’s often in the slot going across the middle

      ...A degree, top 5 draft grade, owns pretty much every school and conference receiving record. For sure, gotta be one of, if not the most accomplished careers in college football history. In recent times I think only Tebow comes close.

      He won't be a number one receiver in the NFL. Guys are stronger, technically better, and faster. In order for him to excel he's going to have to have a true number 1 threat at the other wide receiver spot and a tight end that you have to account for.

    So weird that Waddle went first. I guess teams really want that burner, but Smith does everything at such a high level. Natural hands catcher, great extension, body control, feet, route running, IQ/zone awareness. I like Waddle, but I thought it was Smith/Chase>Waddle for sure, as far as draft order.

      Yes he does. Without Mac this Heisman may not have happened. Yea he made Mac look good but Mac also made DS look good. Bama has had great receivers and offensive lines in the past but never a QB that hit open receivers like Mac Jones has.

      He won't be a number one receiver in the NFL. Guys are stronger, technically better, and faster. Speed and quick feet put him at an advantage in the NCAA. In the pros, those guys are just as fast . In order for him to excel he's going to have to have a true number 1 threat at the other wide receiver spot and a tight end that you have to account for.

      100% he will be a top of the food chain receivers in the nfl. The guy he was smoking all night will be a nfl player. Look at tyreek hill, Antonio brown, desmond Howard and the list goes on. And devonta is much taller than all them and will bulk up over time. He without a doubt will be a future multiple time pro bowler.
