No. I got this video from a friend on a data disc when it was new (look at the "awesome" resolution). I uploaded it like 15 years ago to share it with my friends in a forum. Since then it's on my channel. I don't know who MVS is and had not much clue about copyrights etc. I had no reason to cut off the intro. I even had no video editor to do so 🙈
