0:20 I like this little boardwalk marketplace area. 7:00 I don't think I've ever seen anyone put two chemistry stations together like that. Seems like such a natural fit. You managed to bring a lot of life to what normally feels like a tiny settlement area.
Excellent. You actually made JP look liveable. I normally use it as nothing more than a rest point for provisoners between Castle and Vault 88 or Egret. Think post-apoc version of those rest stations on highways that are a bathroom, picnic bench and, a few parking spots.
Another fantastic build! My jaw dropped when I saw the second floor glass dining room (where I had so much trouble glitching a little greenhouse/Minutemen Memorial)! You think of ways to squeeze in stuff I never dream of. I'm inspired to dress up my JP once again. This is the problem with watching really good Fallout builders- hours more time spent in Workshop mode! Thanks for sharing.
That took the longest, it was actually the last place I started building. These videos are the final results of much trial & error, seeing what works & doesn’t work. Start building! Thank you, I’m glad you enjoyed it!
@@HungryNotTense I was up late building a totally new, Totally Vanilla factory- in the often-maligned Grid World location. (Hey, it has a huge limit, as yet unused in my game.) I discovered something very, very interesting, building in the VR Workshop. I see a lot of Fallout gamers diss the VR stuff, but for console players who like vanilla building, it can't be beat as a sandbox. I will publish a video on my discovery soon. For me, it's game-changing, literally. I have saved a ton of caps already on the ubiquitous Shipments!
Man you should do some tutorials for sure. These builds are super impressive. It's cool how you use those more open structures and how well they fit as a lore friendly way to build. Great job!
Some of the plant pots etc were from the creation club, right? :/ Other than that pretty nice settlement. Sometimes you used metal objects which didn't fit into the entire junky theme in my opinion and if you didn't do that it would have looked like a settlement straight from the lore or the developers. Very inspiring video :)
So that's AFTER a lot of mods and build meter glitch trickery, right. I have my Jamaica plans with 1/3 of what I see here, and my build meter is near max. So yours HAS to Beyond maxed out!!😮
I wish I can show you my ten pines bluff or whatever it's called its like a 4 story building with little houses and shops inside no mods everything I literally hauled from the surrounding areas
@@HungryNotTense by space I meant size. I get the “no more can be built” msg. Although I was pretty impressed with myself that I rug glitched my generators inside the closed off house.
You have made Jamaica Pain seem spacious! That's quite an achievement.
@@shireboundscribbles It took so many attempts, glad to hear you enjoyed the build!
You've made the place look so much bigger while still being completely lore friendly/believable. Really liked the glass room/dining room kitchen!
Believe it or not it was empty for most of the build which worked out in the end. Thanks for your feedback glad you enjoyed it.

While settlement building comes with its limitations sometimes you catch a break 😅
Had to use something to place these things in the way you did this is amazing clearly spent a day or 2 putting it together
Thank you 😊
Jamaica Plain is a really challenging area for a variety of reasons. You made great use of the space. Nicely done!

Amazing!, Really makes this small space feel a lot bigger than how It actually is
Really appreciate your feedback, I agree
This looks incredible in all my time playing I always avoided this settlement and looking at this makes me want to try and make something out of it
Same! I avoided this settlement for so long & one day I felt up to the challenge & just didn’t stop. You absolutely should, thanks for your feedback.
I like your layout. :D

Very nice settlement! I love creating settlements. It's my favorite part of the game.
Mine too!
Nicely done! *_One of the best lore friendly vanilla builds I've seen!_*
Appreciate it
Love your builds! Very lore friendly and natural looking. Can't imagine how long this must have taken.
Definitely an invested interest & absolutely worth it, glad you enjoyed it!
I'd never have recognized this as Jamaica Plain. Wish I wasn't so lazy or I'd try this.
😂 Come on give it a try & tag me once you’re done. Start one section at a time, maybe with the building.
Nice build. I like how you handled the damaged house. The floor over the workbench is a pain to me.
That took FOREVER, it’s actually where I began building. Once I had the floor down though the rest came easier.
I make all my settlements functional - they're lucky if they get a picnic table lol
Your builds are works of art.
‘They’re lucky if they get a picnic table’…I felt that 😆 honestly these aren’t my first settlement builds, I’ve been practicing for a bit.
A very very nice settlement build. A really **** nice job.
Thanks, glad you enjoyed it
i wonder if you can make a tutorial video about this please because i like it.

Looks good, nice work :)
My settlements never ever loom this good lol
Glad you enjoyed it

No mods just the build meter glitch
J,P, can be a real hassle to build at. With that being said, nice work and appears that you didn't use mods. Bonus. 👍
Yes you’re correct, no mods
This is insane
Weird, this is almost exactly whad i tried to do with mine, just not quite as organized
How'd you make bunkbeds without mods? Rug glitching? Or am I crazy and they're available in the vanilla game?
where do setters farm??I see no garden plot or enough crop
It’s scattered throughout the settlement
4:36 How did you make bunk beds without a mod?
It’s part of the Home Decor workshop
I wish I can show you my ten pines bluff or whatever it's called its like a 4 story building with little houses and shops inside no mods everything I literally hauled from the surrounding areas
You should post it on your channel, I’d definitely check it out 🤙🏽
just wondering what platform this is on. It says no mods, but the colors seem different and the shading seems way better than normal.
On my Xbox Series S, I’ve also played around with the game settings to my preference so maybe that’s what you’re seeing
Great job bro
Thanks!
how are your attacks? Do you get many attacks?... here in Jamaica Plain?
I’m not sure, I haven’t stayed in JP long enough for an attack to happen
The memory size of this settlement is far too small. It runs out quickly
Agreed, I use the build meter glitch.
@@HungryNotTense never heard of it. I'll look it up
Blueprint please!
New viewer. Are you on PC? I’ve been trying to build there (PS4) and always run out of space after working on the house.
I’m on Xbox Series S & use the meter glitch to expand on the space allowed for building.

This place need a fatman turret from a mod and gaurd with gauss rifle to keep ghoul away
Not a bad build.
Thanks
