He was off of Heroin but he was drinking and at least in the beginning doing some drugs allegedly with Kat Bjelland when they were allegedly messing around.
He didn't have cancer or radiation poisioning. He died 10 years later from a drug overdose. You don't always look like shit just because your getting high, it takes time. It's a slow death.

One of the most memorable moments of that long day was walking by a side stage when I was completely stopped in my tracks to the sound coming from the stage. It was such a unique and unforgettable moment. My first encounter with TOOL.
Rikki was the biggest tool in the word but had some of the coolest jobs ever. Makes you wonder if he had dirt on a big wig he was blackmailing to keep getting the best assignments despite completely sucking at everything he did.
The pit at that show during RATM's set was insane, I don't know how I survived. They were literally pulling bodies out on stretchers after every song. Epic show
10 years later layne was 100 pounds! My favorite vocalist of the 90s by far. And unfortunately if Layne didnt have the major addictions he did we wouldnt have the music !

I've most def been called a Dick a time or two 😂🤣😂 I'd probably remember better but I hung out most of the time with this older guy, he was kinda like the grandfather figure , honorary member of Arrested Development, and he had the best weed out of anybody on tour, and that's what he said about me, so we hung out a lot and talked about growing, because it turned out we both had our stuff we cultivated. It was like an instant lifelong friend. We meditated together every morning, which at that time was quite rare, but no one really gave us any shit there cuz they wanted to get our shit.. : '. : .' The girl in the video doesn’t look that short and has long arms. I’m sure that Demri’s brother and her friends already said that it wasn’t her on her facebook page. Demri’s mother has changed her story again, I guess. I don’t really trust this woman.
