You should also mention that Mt Juliet has a commuter rail system that takes you right into downtown Nashville during weekdays.

This is easy assuming you can afford it is Franklin. My Juliet is so poorly designed having the one main exit. The shopping areas in Mt Juliet is severely lacking.

How is it possible that the average median income is 123K when the average home costs 950K ?????????

I guess I don’t understand why you don’t cover Murfreesboro. It’s the largest suburb of the metro area and also the most diverse. Most people are middle to upper class. Lots of gorgeous new homes and good schools. I’ve lived in the metro area for 21 years. Mt. Juliet is ok… but it pales in comparison to the Boro, besides the fact that it’s about 10 minutes closer into the city. Other than that, it’s much smaller, the shopping and dining isn’t comparable and I could be wrong but I’d imagine that both of their income levels are similar. Anyway… enjoy your channel!! Thanks for the content!

You are so right! I really cover what people call me for the most and for whatever reason I don't get as many calls for Murfreesboro. But.. you are right it's a fantastic place to live and I'll queue up that video and do that soon! Thanks for watching and the great reminder!

I don’t think it’s a fair comparison. Not saying Murfreesboro is bad but the crime rate is much much higher, the population is much higher, the schools aren’t as good… the list goes on

@@Lewbabyboo The schools are excellent, especially in the west

What is rental housing (single family homes) like in Mt Juliet?

    • @Krystaline_music

They're very quick to go and usually really expensive now than back in 2016 when I moved here. Now you can expect about 2500 a month for a decent sized single family home. Purchasing has a huge range though, but around 300k up to 1.5 million. If you like Mt. Juliet, but don't want to destroy your wallet, move to Hermitage or Lebanon, both are close and on average cheaper, but quickly rising.
