Can you do a video on retired people that want to move into the Nashville area, that can spend a decent amount of money on rent? With maybe two car garages? Both homes and townhomes… with amenities. Thanks.

I am surprised at the lack of architectural interest in the home designs. These neighborhoods have all cookie cutter houses with no variety or character.

If you don't mind overcrowding, you will be OK with Mt. Juliet. The year I moved to Mt Juliet was 1974 as a small child. Mount Juliet, just like many other areas in the southeastern United States, has been ruined by overcrowding. Some of the projects approved by the commissioners make no sense at all; I am convinced there are serious kickbacks being paid to the commissioners from these out-of-state "developers".
The mass political migration of blue state refugees into the southeastern United States is literally destroying places like Mount Juliet. One of my goals before I die is to escape Mount Juliet and move to a place that's like Mt. Juliet was 50 years ago.
