Hi there- for single family Homes it's $65/month. Condo/attached homes are $207/month and covers grounds maintenance (lawn care) and includes insurance

@@samanthamiller-nashvillete4810 I didn't get the quote on the lowest price you have on a house out there Samantha and I guess we have to find our own gardener or can we just ask the Gardner who does the cutting of the lawns a price he would charge.
