My career working with younger children has been a very woman dominated field and the level of “poisoning the well” is running rampant and the way they use children as weapons against people they don’t like is disturbing. I’ve found that the most mentally unstable women tend to work in education because they love working with vulnerable and impressionable people. They love being able to have an audience they can manipulate against people. I’ve seen the gaslighting, manipulation, and poising of the well for many years. When I saw the video of crowders “fight” on the porch, it instantly felt like manipulation I see all the time with toxic female coworkers in the education system. People were so busy watching crowder they didn’t look at his ex and ask questions about the context. To address this problem, we need to abolish no fault divorce and give the children to the breadwinner. That will make a woman think twice about divorce, especially if care of the children nullifies payments to the former spouse. It will benefit a few women, but it will cut down dramatically on the favoritism we have now. There are other issues we can address in conjunction with my prescription. Women should know that a divorce won't be fiscally beneficial to them by default. It would also be useful if a cheating spouse never gets the children. That will provide negative reinforcement to work things out instead of insisting on divorce at the first sign of trouble. Her observations are spot on for the most part. She just doesn't produce solutions to the problems she identifies readily. Identifying the issues is half the battle. Solving them will make up the whole. These are complex challenges, that's for sure. I would like to see her provide solutions in equal measure. Her diagnosis is correct, but she has to work on her prognosis.

Family court - including child custody during divorces - has been broken forever. I was merely a "witness" during child custody fight 45 YEARS AGO that was so onerous that I ended-up having to drop out of school due to attendance requirements of the court ( requiring three cases' witnesses to appear at the court - the two cases in front of us took WEEKS ).
Regarding the working conditions at LWC, personally I have a hard time taking seriously the accusations of someone who stayed several years in a company. On three occasions in my life I found myself quitting a job after a few days or weeks because the working conditions didn't suit me. Where they were good, I had no issue staying for a few years. If things don't work for you where you are then leave or go to court immediately if you noticed something reprehensible (or at the very least shortly after you left). Otherwise your credibility will always be less than impeccable.

Normal operation for a camera like that does not allow continual recording. It records the first few seconds, but does not record continually. It needs reconfiguration to do that.

To address this problem, we need to abolish no fault divorce and give the children to the breadwinner. That will make a woman think twice about divorce, especially if care of the children nullifies payments to the former spouse. It will benefit a few women, but it will cut down dramatically on the favoritism we have now. There are other issues we can address in conjunction with my prescription. Women should know that a divorce won't be fiscally beneficial to them by default. It would also be useful if a cheating spouse never gets the children. That will provide negative reinforcement to work things out instead of insisting on divorce at the first sign of trouble. Her observations are spot on for the most part. She just doesn't produce solutions to the problems she identifies readily. Identifying the issues is half the battle. Solving them will make up the whole. These are complex challenges, that's for sure. I would like to see her provide solutions in equal measure. Her diagnosis is correct, but she has to work on her prognosis.

Family court - including child custody during divorces - has been broken forever. I was merely a "witness" during child custody fight 45 YEARS AGO that was so onerous that I ended-up having to drop out of school due to attendance requirements of the court ( requiring three cases' witnesses to appear at the court - the two cases in front of us took WEEKS ).
Regarding the working conditions at LWC, personally I have a hard time taking seriously the accusations of someone who stayed several years in a company. On three occasions in my life I found myself quitting a job after a few days or weeks because the working conditions didn't suit me. Where they were good, I had no issue staying for a few years. If things don't work for you where you are then leave or go to court immediately if you noticed something reprehensible (or at the very least shortly after you left). Otherwise your credibility will always be less than impeccable.

There is no reason in this day and age for a man to get married with todays married laws, As soon as you sign it half of everything you withh ever own is someone else when they decide they arn't happy anymore. 25k a month in child support is nuts. The funny thing is the more steven ex wife trys to destroy him the less money he makes, but the courts will take years to readjust and will put him in jail for not paying even if he is a bum on the street. They will take your drivers license and destroy your credit.
I don't see what the shock and surprise is all about. This is what is NORMAL in divorce. What was it Steven said, oh right "Man up and get married." So in that case "Man up and get divorced." My problem with NDAs as a lawyer is that they often appear after employment is already begun (so no compensation) and are so vaguely written so that hey could include customer lists (understandable) or not using any business contacts developed during a career in a particular field (insane).
Boeing successfully enforced a contract against one of their hydraulic engineers that claimed that that person was never allowed to use their knowledge of hydraulic engineering in employment after leaving the company… because somehow they had learned proprietary skill sets during their 25 years with the company, and that person was essentially forced into early retirement and unemployable in that field ever again

I worked on the F-22 program. I am, to this day, probibited from replicating that exact work, or revealing specific aspects of the design and its characteristics.
But I was never prohibited from working elsewhere, on similar programs. And I have.
So, I wonder if your friend was REALLY prevented from working with hydraulics engineering, or just prohibited from replicating proprietary design tech.
What you describe would never pass muster in front of any jury, anywhere.
