Ruth, I love this video and concept! It ties in with a concept that I've had for some time now with one slight difference, maybe you can help.
I need to have a user input form like you created in PowerApps, but my form needs to have other fields tied to a pre-existing unique record from a list. Example would be if the SP list was pulling in new data daily from a DB and the user of PBI/Form needed to use a drop down to select a record and add some local comments to that unique record that wouldn't tie back to the DB necessarily, but would be stored in an alternate table. All of this of course, would tie together from SP to PBI and vice-versa. Any thoughts on how to implement, along with a MSFlow immediate refresh like Geoff mentioned would be greatly appreciated? Keep up the great work!

Great video. FYI - The Title Field has special powers in a SharePoint list. Specifically, in the the List view, SP automatically makes the value of the "Title" into hyperlink to view that list item. I highly recommend renaming the Title field, rather than hiding it. IF you really, really want to make it hidden, you can go to Advanced settings and click "Yes" under "Allow Manage of Content Types", then click OK, then edit the "Item" content type and set the "Title" field to "Hidden (will not appear in forms)" instead of Required. But again, I wouldn't do that unless you absolutely were sure you didn't want the usefulness of the hyperlink in the list view as described above. (Bonus Tip: You can turn off Attachments in the List Advanced settings)

Wonderful!! Love your tips 😍, thanks!
I still “hate” the title by default. It makes sense on a library, never used it on a list, I should be able to choose if I want it... ;)

I want to make it as my team to just tick complete of the task, then it records the completion time and date of the task. I want it that they don't need to manually input the completion date and time, which users can put whatever date and time they want.

Great video! I got it to work, just like you explained in the tutorial, and that never happens! Question though; how can I prevent other users who enter their time via the PowerApps add-in on Teams? I have a small team of eight employees (summer college scholarship workers actually), and don’t want them to see each other’s time entry. It’s not necessarily private, and maybe not even sensitive, but I do want to put something in place that filters everybody else’s time entry but their own. Any suggestions? Thanks again!

Curbal Thanks. I’ll give it a try. But keep in mind, I’m talking about when a student worker opens the PowerApps UI tab in Teams so the can enter their time for the day, I’m assuming there will be a longer and longer list of new data cards that contain their co-worker’s time entries too. I haven’t thought about their visibility into a BI dashboard strictly for them, but that’s not a bad idea. Anyway, thanks for the quick reply, and I’ll give the other video my full attention tomorrow when my freshman are painting the baseball outfield wall! Thanks again- Scott

For example: I choose 8. december (today) and click enter in the power app. Then, when visiting power bi, I see that the entry is now registered on the 7. december. I'm using your calendar but can't seem to find the error related to this?

    1) Before "submit item", is it possible to have a window for review? It would be interesting if the user could confirm what he typed before sending in order to avoid errors.
    2) Is it possible that "Resource Name" already appears the username, instead of having to type the name and search the mailing list?
    3) Is it possible to block the editing of items? My co-worker added an item, but I can edit it normally. Just as he can edit my items.
