It's interesting to see how high quality these videos have become. Like, there is videos where he sits in a hot car where half the food is disgusting. The chemistry between Keith and the chef was great and interesting. Keith is so serious and professional in this one. Also, seems to be filmed in a slower pace, so Keith doesn't gets food drunk the same way he use to? or many the food is just better? I do like seeing Keith enjoy what he eats and not just push it down because it's part of the menu and he have to do it all in one go.
I really appreciate the change of scenery throughout the restaurant. Such a fun experience to see the different niches and hear from each expert. Makes for a great video flow😍
he’s a white man in California USA, he will always have it good…why not do something good for the homeless community and feed people. instead he feeds himself and brags to all the poor people who follow. Keith is disgusting
I loved this slightly improved format where he talks with the chef/owner of the restaurant as well as bartenders & sommeliers. We get to peek behind the curtain and learn more about the dishes and selection of the products. It makes the videos so much more interesting and I love that in these Michelin star restaurants he doesn't have to eat enormous amounts of foods and endless dishes like in regular restaurants, where I usually feel sorry for him towards the end when he is in full food coma 😅 But he is still very much himself, being honest in his expressions and tastes. Overall an amazing restaurant, amazing chef and the whole staff was also amazing and very exceptional. If I lived in the US I would definitely visit Gwen's. And Keith's green blazer suited him so well, I loved his fancier style in this video 👌☺ Thanks you guys for the amazing video ❤

I just rewatched The Menu and I honestly feel like Keith enjoys food the way chef Slowik wants his food to be enjoyed: Appreciation of the craft but mostly just really savoring and enjoying the food without being pretentious.
I really hope they keep doing this Michelin star version of eat the menu! this is so fresh and intriguing to watch while still having all the Keith charm of a typical eat the menu

“a child who would save this bite for the end” me, a 25 year old who was already thinking that’s exactly what I’d do: yeah haha… what a childish thing to do 😅
Don't get me wrong I loveee and often rewatch Keith eating fast food chains and getting absolutely food drunk, but I am also loving the new wave of non-chain ETM, both the informal theme park food episodes and these fancy michelin episodes. Keith is just naturally witty and funny, with a knack for describing flavors and textures (the "this is umami AND udaddy" line got me). And the Try Friends always bring their charm and add interest to the episode. I hope the crew is also enjoying the food behind the scenes
The chef was GLOWING from Keith's praise! I think because Keith actually understood and was passionate about steak as much as he was, so being able to talk with someone who loves the details as much as him made him happy. Great episode!
Late night, excited to be able to watch this to get me comfy cozy to go to sleep! One of my favorite Chef’s serving your meal!!! Woot woot! Curt! I’m so happy. ❤ I think it’s the first time seeing Keith walk away from eating the menu, not food drunk at any point really! 😂
I love when Keith gets to do an "Elite the Menu." They all deserve it with how much effort has been put into this show over the years! Also, PLEASE come to Indiana :P
That’s where I knew him from! I kept thinking I knew him from some show where he cooked for random people but I thought was crazy. Thank you, now I know I’m not. I loved that show and I had a huge crush.
great video guys!! I loved this format even though there is less humor. Definitely not replacing “Keith eats everything” style with his friends but i loved how official and in depth this video was it deserves more views

Watching Keith with Curtis Stone was amazing… I watched him in multiple different shows and always loved him. So happy for Keith that he gets to really shine in his food knowledge and not just fast food! Loved this video!
Keith living his best palette life is what we live to see ❤
This video was so captivating and enjoyable!! Can’t wait to see more of this series 🎉
What an absolute dining experience, been watching Curtis for years, so happy for his success
Curtis has always seemed like such a genuine cool guy.
Loved the episode!
I'm just happy they let Jared eat earlier instead of letting him pine for 30 minutes 😂😂
“a child who would save this bite for the end”
me, a 25 year old who was already thinking that’s exactly what I’d do: yeah haha… what a childish thing to do 😅
Super loving the Michelin series so far!
Keith: They just let it burn.
My brain: Let it burrrrrrn. Let it burnnnn. Gotta let it burn.
The chef was GLOWING from Keith's praise! I think because Keith actually understood and was passionate about steak as much as he was, so being able to talk with someone who loves the details as much as him made him happy. Great episode!
I love watching Keith genuinely enjoy everything he eats.
Late night, excited to be able to watch this to get me comfy cozy to go to sleep! One of my favorite Chef’s serving your meal!!! Woot woot! Curt! I’m so happy. ❤
I think it’s the first time seeing Keith walk away from eating the menu, not food drunk at any point really! 😂
loving these fancy eat the menus!!! this and the dimsum was super fun to watch
I love when Keith gets to do an "Elite the Menu." They all deserve it with how much effort has been put into this show over the years! Also, PLEASE come to Indiana :P
Not THE Curtis Stone of TLC's Take Home Chef!!!! Unlocking memories!
I love how proud the whole staff is of their food and drinks
My favorite part of the Michelin series is that I will truly never be able to go to these restaurants. This is such a joy ❤❤
seriously begging u guys to come to chicago and try every deep dish pizza
