    Love you channel. You are my savior. I'm feeling less anxious about my spine. I also tried some of your pilates work out. They are so good, but so hard. I would like to do more. 😂

    Thank you for these videos. It’s so helpful. This is the second time I’ve heard you mention avoiding full body unsupported hanging. Is that a general recommendation of yours or is it situation specific?

      You’re welcome! If you have pain, hyper mobility or spondylolisthesis, keep your feet in the ground with all hanging:)
