I only feel safe in my comfort zone and that's why I don't EVER leave it. I know it frustrates the hell out of my management. But as I do a pretty good job they've stopped pushing me. There aren't many people who can do my job and I've told them if they kept pushing I'd just move to a competitor. Thankfully they listened and the conversations stopped. Equilibrium back to normal and I'm happy. I have no interest in growth.
