How to Recover MS Forms After Owner Leaves the Organisation

If you are struggling with your MS Forms access after the owner of those forms left the organisation. This video will show you how to recover those forms and still preserve all of your data.
I want to share my experience here. I was managing an organisation's Office 365 and we were using Microsoft Forms as a way for our customers and employees to submit feedback and requests. The problem arise when the owner of some of these MS Forms left the company, and his account got deleted. Luckily, I could use the simple steps outlined in this video to recover MS forms without any trouble at all!

Hi there - do you need to have the GA role to do this? I am getting this error 'Access denied.

Can global admin get the ownership of form while owner still work in organization? Is there any page the admin can list all the MS form created under the tenant?

The best practice is to create a group of admins and let everyone know to add this group to the MS form they create.

I did exactly as you did, block user but when I go to the delegate page, it said "We can't access this page.
Make sure you've entered the email address correctly and the forms owner account wasn't deleted more than 30 days ago. Then, try again." Email is correct, I checked it 10 times.
