EXTERNAL USERS: I found it !!! to make it work for externals/anonymous you have to move/drag the email (V2) part into position 3, and delete conditions parts all together. In the email ensure "to" is set up to an "email address" field that you are asking submitter to enter inside the form. Works like magic!

is there a way to be able to pick up email address from the form so that email becomes "responder email". I need to use MS form with internals and externals

I have different scenario - I have coupon issue column in share point (which is updated manually with the issued date) and when emp apply for again using Form, Power automation shld check whether the last coupon issued is greater than 6 months from the current applied date, if yes create an new entry and if no reject email.

Also, this flow will only copy across new documents and folder and skip other folders and files if they exist in the destination DL, is that correct?

If you only want to copy the folder structure, it works. But if you want somethihng to copy files and folders in the same structure as the source, can you do it with one flow?
