In case of assymetry contour is wrong. Put a nice amount of white powder, a small amount of shimmer on the tip and your nose disappears. 😊
Honestly, Any type of makeup “hack” or otherwise would look amazing on her irregardless-Simply because she’s beautiful and crazy talented at her craft☺️💕☺️
This is what I love about makeup. It really is so subjective, and there isn't one way that is correct. I feel like doing this style of contour made her nose look a little crooked. She may or may not want that, and there's nothing wrong with it either way. It really just depends on each person, what they want to achieve, and how they want to look.

You need to do both sides to fit your nose shape to fit your nose angle
It definitely made a difference. I suck at nose contour lol I have a long nose. I am going to try this method to see how it looks on me. But regardless if you do a nose contour or not you look stunning always ❤❤

I think it's fun that people want button noses, I've had a button nose my whole life and it's honestly my favorite feature on me. But I love people's nose shapes in general, all of them are really cool ❤

This is great bc otherwise it looks like you have dirt on your nose, but please make your lines even, otherwise you'll go arround looking like a Picasso.
But this requires a very advanced technique. So if you are a begginer with no training in art or makeup do it with all the guidelines (like the first one) or just add shimmer to the nosetip. It will look like you have mud on your face in akward places and it will only look good on the one specific angle you drew it at but if you are desperate it is an option.
At the end of the day its best to learn the contour that balances your face the most, so this might not work for everyone but it is a great hack.
Now if I ever contour my nose it’s his way but I have a button nose so it works for me, it’s not for everyone tho. I think they way you’ve been doing it is perfect. No one make up technique is for everyone except blending, but that’s not a technique that’s a necessity but not even for all looks. There’s many techniques so you can find the perfect one that suits you in your face shape because we all have different face shapes.

I think everyone is trying to acheive different things/looks with their contour. Therefore I feel like there isnt one cookie cutter way for everyone. Do what works for you.
I HATE my button nose!!! How do i do it smaller
There's a lot I hate about my face but I was born with a button nose. I remember once I was at this doctor while she was a holistic specialist doctor who also did cosmetic procedures in her office but I was seeing her for bioidentical hormones to try to balance myself out. Once I was sitting down in the waiting room and a girl came from the downstairs office and followed me on my way outside and said excuse me, I don't know if you know it but your nose is perfect and it's literally what every girl is trying to get. I laughed and I'm like geez that's awesome my nose is the one good thing about me lol.
Contouring any part of your face (eyes, cheeks, nose) will vary person to person. Get makeup tips from people that look like you.
How is your nose slanted?
I have a nose bridge that has a weird extra bone on each side in the middle so it looks broad then my nose ski slopes hella…how do you contour that lol

Yeah he did not eat with this one… it just made the tip of your nose look very bulbous (which your nose is NOT btw) and I don’t think that’s what people are going for when they say they want a “button nose”

Nostrils arent blended and the color ia a bronzer? Your nostrils dont get tan so of course it doesn't look right

If you have receding nostrils just leave them alone. If you don’t learn shading and highlighting principles, you’ll look worse every time.
