Wouldn’t be the Beatles without ALL four of them IMHO. Billy Preston and Eric Clapton were guests and certainly added a special dynamic with their talents…but no one could replace the Four. That is another distinction that separates them from other great groups like the Stones, the Who, Moody Blues, etc.
