I like the idea of training more days a week (not sure about all 7 just yet 🤣). Many people assert that discipline trumps motivation, but I suppose that a step further is 'routine'. For example, I brush my teeth twice a day. It doesn't require any discipline it's simply something that I do. Food for thought thank you Pat!
A lot comes down to people's schedules too of course. I've just seen some good changes with more frequent workouts. Yess! That's what I was trying to say! Its just routine now and something I do. That's the point to try and get to for everyone with lifting routines. Because once you can get there its just on autopilot. That's how I feel now with the workouts. I'll take routine over motivation any day. Thanks John! And thanks for joining the membership! Appreciate the support!
Please make a video on did you really built that physique only doing exercises and workouts at home?,And talk about what all the exercises you used for each body part. And what all the tools in ur home gym that will be a very good video. Thanks.
@@handongjk thank you for your answer, I did scroll on his channel I found many workout videos, but I didn't find a video on that specific topic because i got an idea maybe he's training at the gym too.
@@MM-ry7yvthere is a video may 16th where he writes down all of his workouts on a board and explain. Pretty simple but like train everyday man. I respect this guy as a natural yo.
Thanks so much @handongjk !!! Yeah I've done a full breakdown but I definitely recommend the members section if you're looking for tutorials on exercises and training programs. I cover stuff off and on with the normal videos but it's the focus of the members section. And yes this training has been all at home with just barbells and dumbbells. Cable addition recently.
I have definitely heard that from some people . But then I know some people that train almost every day still. So I feel like it just varies person person probably. And obviously depends on how long the person is working out, food, and what not. My dad trains almost every day and has a few double sessions actually. Where he will bike and lift weights in the same day
Ooof honestly I cant say for sure because i never do arms solo. Probably a few but not as much as one would think. Because I recover decently in between. At least 2-3 min after the pulldowns before curls. Its tough. I used to like doing a solo arm day. But my arms are significantly bigger now. Thanks for supporting!
I think what you brought up has a lot to do with the human ego. People seem to interject their stories of success and accomplishments into others’ moments often. That’s when you hear the stories about what people use to lift back in high school🙄. You squat 315 and out of nowhere there’s a guy there to tell you how he used to squat 405 20 years ago.… It’s not just exercising either. Any accomplishment is often met by this same type of rebuttal.
Absolutely. Letting that newer gym goer have their moment, though can be huge. Instead of someone squashing them with some previous accomplishment that they can’t do anymore because their joints hurt 😂. Also, I have found sometimes when I really dig and ask more questions about the accomplishment, the 405 bench turns into a 350 hammer strength bench…… yeah it is unfortunate. Definitely true though
@@PATRICKMARCUCCI 405 bench turns into a 350 hammer strength 😂😂😂. It isn’t as bad if they acknowledge the person and the conversation organically moves that way but some people damn near throw a flag like a football ref and make an announcement on their PRs😂😂 it’s crazy.
Thanks
Thank you! Really appreciate the super thanks. Glad you liked the video.

As you get older you need more recovery time. I used to train every day when I was your age

Some great content for $2.99 a month, less than a starbucks!
Thanks William! I don’t think $2.99 would even get me a small black coffee at Starbucks nowadays ha ha.
👍💪
Thanks Matthew! Hope your workouts are going well!
How many reps on curls do you drop by doing back first ?

How long have you been training ?
I’ve been doing a bulk for about a year. With a shortcutting period in the middle. Thanks for supporting the channel!
